"Awesome Tool"
I find the filter options to be great, as they make it easy for me to quickly find what I am searching for. The content is also great, and since I am usually oriented towards vectors and illustrations for my work, I especially like the isometric vector filter.

"It was great at first"
It was great at first. So many wonderful artists on the site. Then, no new assets were showing up. This went on for five days. I contacted them and they said they had been having issues with their site and it should be resolved now. I had new assets for the next three days. That was on March 14th.
Then, I went two days with no new assets showing up on the site. I contacted them again and it was fixed that same day. That fix lasted only one day.
The next time it happened, they wanted me to screenshot the console on the page so they could see what errors I was getting. They fixed it for a couple of days. Every time it happens now, they want a console shot, or for me to use a different browser, or an incognito window, or download a Chrome certificate, or delete ad blockers. None of that works. Last Tuesday was the last time any new assets showed up. This support wanted a console shot and said they'd contact me when they got it fixed. Five days have passed and I've heard nothing other than the same screenshot requests or video requests. They keep closing the support tickets because I didn't respond to them, but when I respond to them I get a message asking me to only comment on the current thread. Now, when I go to photos I have 'collected' to have something to download, there's a message that says 'this is a premium asset and you need a membership to download it. You can buy a membership for $12 USD per month.' I pay $24 USD per month! It lets me download them, but that message is now on every single asset. When I contacted them about the discrepancy concerning the membership fee, their response was 'you are able to download premium assets as you downloaded 100 assets yesterday.'

"I Create my Social Media Post using this Platform"
Last year as Social Media post creator it was a big problem for me to find free templates for my social media post.
At the start of 2023, one of my friends suggested me this site I have been using it for almost 2 months.
I have created multiple social media posts by downloading them from freepik and after small edits.
I will recommend this site to my colleagues to use it in daily routines.

Makes my life and workload so much more manageable, giving me so many usable design elements as well as inspiration. Style of work tends to be limited compared to what designers are doing in the world... and I have to keep typing "Black people" or "African people". But other than that, its easy to navigate an has eeeeendless, helpful, good quality resources. Big thumbs up

"DON'T USE THE SERVICE!! READ THE FINE PRINT AND RESTRICTIONS"
I signed up for the annual program. After several days and a few downloads I learned of the massive restrictions on use, worst I've seen. I contacted customer support and requested to cancel the annual and switch to the monthly plan, which they refused. I was willing to pay the higher monthly fee for the downloads completed, which can't be used on my designs because of the restrictions. There are definitely much better stock graphic sites with much less restriction on use.

If they were not so restrictive, it would be a good site and worth the money. I am stuck with it for the year but have already cancelled the subscription and will not be recommending them to anyone.

"Worst Payrate Ever"
Before 2020, I got payment every month because I reached minimum payout.
But started from 2020 until now, Freepik excessively reduce payrate. I reached minimun payout for 2-3 month and I got 10% tax cut. With this fee, I can't afford operational cost to make illustration for the next month.

“It was pretty bad experience. It seems either the business is build on robbing their premium customers, or the underlying technology they use is underdeveloped. Both reasons are equally pathetic. How one can charge a card without letting the owner know?”
