"Lots of cool stuff to check out"
I stopped by sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly, and there was a lot of cool stuff to look through. It was one of those places where you think you’ll just browse for a few minutes, but you end up taking your time because there’s more than you expected. Definitely worth checking out.

"Ads keep getting in the way"
Freepik still has some good stuff. I find useful images there sometimes. But the ads have gotten really annoying. Every search or click seems to bring up a popup or banner.

I know free sites need ads. That makes sense. But it slows everything down. I end up closing ads more than actually browsing. It is not a terrible site. It just is not fun to use lately.

"Fair overall, but keep an eye on the renewal date"
I’ve been using Freepik for a few months now, and to be fair, the billing has mostly been straightforward. The prices were shown clearly before I paid, and I got my invoice by email, so there weren’t any big surprises there. That said, just a heads-up for anyone signing up: the renewal date isn’t super obvious in the account area. I did find it eventually, but I had to click around a bit more than I expected. Overall, it’s been fair and easy enough to use, but make sure you check your renewal details so you don’t miss anything. I’d give it 4 stars

"Easy to Cancel"
Canceling was actually simple, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or deal with anything too annoying.

"Useful, but sorta unclear on licensing"
I found it useful overall, but the licensing details were sorta unclear to me. It does what I needed, I just wish the terms were explained a bit more clearly up front

"Freepik definitely has a lot of good…"
freepik definitely has a lot of good stuff, and I’ve found some useful assets there. But the download limits are really frustrating. I hit the cap way too fast, and then I’m basically stuck waiting, which is the last thing I need when I’m trying to get work done. It’s made me lose trust in using it for anything time-sensitive because I never know when it’s going to slow me down.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure what I was doing at first, but the templates were actually really easy to edit. Somehow I managed to change everything quickly, and it ended up saving me a bunch of time.

"Fast and Reliable Downloads"
I’ve been using it for a while now, and the files download quickly every single time. I haven’t had to sit around waiting, which makes a big difference. So far, it’s been reliable and easy to trust. Happy with the experience

"Freepik Has Been Super Reliable for My Work Projects"
I use Freepik often for work, and it’s been a really solid resource in my experience. The files are usually clean, easy to edit, and don’t take much extra time to make usable. I’ve also found that most of the images and design assets look polished, which makes it a lot easier to put together professional-looking work without starting from scratch.

"Useful files, but the format stuff can be frustrating"
I do like using Freepik because the files are generally good and there’s a lot to choose from. But sometimes I download something and it just won’t open properly in my software, especially with PSD or AI files on older versions. Then I kind of feel trapped because I either have to convert the file, find a workaround, or start editing around the issue instead of just getting on with the project. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does get annoying.

"Billing support was disappointing"
I ran into a billing issue and reached out to support, but it took way too long to get a response. When they finally replied, it didn’t really help much. Maybe it was just my experience, but if this is how they handle billing problems, it doesn’t give me a lot of confidence

"Clear enough without the usual corporate fluff"
I was mainly checking whether the commercial rights were actually usable, because I don’t really trust vague polished company wording that sounds good but says nothing. In this case, the rights seemed clear to me, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of fancy language to understand what I could and couldn’t do.

"Good resources, but the free plan feels like a hassle"
Freepik does have a lot of nice designs, and some of the free stuff is genuinely useful. But the attribution requirements get annoying quickly. I used a few free graphics and kept having to double-check the license details, which kind of slowed everything down. It’s decent if you don’t mind the extra steps, but for quick graphics, I don’t think it’s the most convenient option.

"Works pretty much every time"
I’ve never really had any trouble logging in, and it opens up fine whenever I need to use it. Maybe there are tiny things here and there that could be smoother, but it does what I need without any hassle.

"Refund came through"
They refunded me after a few days or so, and everything was fine in the end.

"Really impressed with the image quality"
Tried it out today, and the image quality is great. Just from how sharp and clean everything looked, I’m assuming they put some real effort into the camera or display side of things. Definitely better than I expected.

"Clear licenses made me feel safer"
I felt a lot safer using this for my designs because the licenses were actually clear and easy to understand. Like I said, that clarity helped me a lot, and like I said, it just made the whole process feel less stressful.

"Canceling was weirdly easy"
I needed to cancel my Freepik plan and, i thought it was going to be more of a whole thing. But it wasn’t really. I found the option in my account, clicked through a few steps, and then it was just done. No awkward phone call, no long chat where you have to explain yourself. The confirmation email came right away too, which was nice. Always appreciate when a site doesn’t make canceling into some big annoying situation.

"Great resources, but search could be better"
I really like Freepik overall because there’s a lot of good-quality stuff on there and it’s helped me find useful design assets. That said, the search can be frustrating. I’ll type in really specific keywords and still get a bunch of random results that don’t match what I’m looking for, so it ends up taking longer than it should. Still, once I do find the right thing, the resources are usually solid, so I keep coming back

"I thought the cost was fair…"
I thought the cost was fair for what you get, and I didn’t feel like it was wildly overpriced or anything like that. That being said, I do think it could be a little cheaper, especially compared to some other options out there. Overall, not a bad deal, but a slightly lower price would definitely make it feel more worth it...

“It was pretty bad experience. It seems either the business is build on robbing their premium customers, or the underlying technology they use is underdeveloped. Both reasons are equally pathetic. How one can charge a card without letting the owner know?”
